How Do You Do Line Marking for a Sports Pitch?
Each sport, like rugby or cricket, has its specific line requirements for courts and pitches that you need to adhere to if you offer those sports at your centre, school, club, or gym. Marking string can help you do this.
You need to prep your surface (brush away debris, mow the grass, etc), and lay out your marking string accurately. You can use pegs to keep the string taut as you go. This string will help you see where you need to paint or spray your lines.
Remove the string once you’ve applied the paint and it’s dry.
Can Your Line Marking Twine Be Reused?
Typically, you spray or paint over the twine when forming a sports pitch, in which case, it won’t really be suitable for reuse, as the bright orange colour will not be visible for marking purposes.
